With a focus on relationships, not accounts, Khadija heads up our client services team and is project lead on large scale rebrands, national advertising campaigns and digital design and build projects.

Multi-disciplinary, award-winning creative director and designer with over 17 years industry experience. Karen brings her skills in creative thinking, idea generation, copywriting and brand communication to design projects including identities, campaigns, digital design, interiors, environmental graphics and signage and wayfinding. Appointed as a D&AD jury judge for both the professional and student awards, Karen’s work has been recognised by major national and international design awards including D&AD, Design Week, Creative Review, New York Festivals and DBA.

Adrian Newell is an award winning designer and art director. Following 10 years working in some of the top design agencies in the UK, Adrian has worked on a wide range of creative projects including designing a number of stamps for Royal Mail, redesigning the royal crest and turning one of Manchester’s creative buildings into a giant advent calendar. Adrian’s latest work includes the branding and website for Nexus – Leeds University’s £40M pound innovation centre and creating the name and brand for Storyhouse, the biggest cultural development project outside of London. Adrian’s work has been consistently recognised by awards organisations around the world and his sought after football posters have featured in The Guardian and are available to buy here.

Liv joined the team in July 2018. Before finding her home at Edit_, Liv graduated with a first-class honours degree in Graphic Arts and Design from Leeds Met University in 2012 and went on to work at a couple of agencies in Leeds before crossing the Pennines and joining Manchester-based advertising agency BJL where she worked as a designer for just over 3 years. A lover of all things bright, bold and geometric, project highlights include a rebrand for University of Manchester Careers Service, an annual brand refresh and fundraising pack for BBC Children in Need and Chester Zoo’s new welcome signage.

Fresh from university with a first class honours in Graphic Design from University of Central Lancashire, and multiple awards including D&AD New Blood, D&AD Ones to Watch, Creative Conscience and YCN New Now award, Jay has now joined the Edit_ team full time. His highlights so far include working on Manchester Metropolitan University’s Connected Campus campaign and London Zoo’s Christmas campaign video.

With a truly consultative approach, Jane bridges the gap between commercial problems and creative solutions, taking the time to listen to the needs of her client whilst immersing herself into the inner workings of their business. Whether it be a new business start up or an international organisation, Jane is able to deliver precisely targeted, results driven communication strategies, whilst ensuring all key stakeholders are informed throughout.
