To reconnect with existing and lapsed audiences, Cinema at Barbican needed to re-establish its position as one of London’s most daring and independent international cinemas, tapping into its USP of being part of a well-loved major cross-arts centre with carefully curated and respected thematic programming.

The solution
With a refreshed identity which tapped into the ‘edgy high art’ perceptions of the rest of the arts centre, the ‘Watch this space’ brand campaign positioned Cinema at Barbican as the place to go for the freshest, sharpest, most daring films – bold cinema, bravely curated.
